Only a few number of places are still left for next SPREAD event "Sustainable Lifestyles 2050: Visions and Policy Actions", taking place in Brussels on 10 November 2011. You are based in Brussels and interested in lifestyles, our common future and how to get there in a sustainable way? Then register until 3 November! Visions for a future with sustainable lifestyles and promising practices of today will be presented, policy recommendations developed.
This high-level roundtable will bring together policy-makers, experts and practitioners to discuss about the future of sustainable lifestyles and about the policies we need in order to get there.
Jan Philipp Albrecht (Member of the European Parliament), Dick Toet (Vice President Category External Affairs of Unilever), Francois Jegou (Strategic Design Scenarios), Martijn van der Linden (Platform DSE) and Jozsef Szlezak (Regional Environment Centre) will share with us their vision for more sustainable lifestyles across the EU.
Promising practices of more sustainable living models will be presented by Lars Mortensen from the European Environment Agency, Sue Riddlestone (Bio Regional), Graham Russell (Centre of Expertise on Influencing Behaviours, Defra), Tobias Leenaert (EVA - Ethical Vegetarian Alternative) and Juha Koponen (Netcycler Oy).
